1. 30-Day Return Guarantee

Items purchased on Ebakx can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange if they meet return criteria.

• Item must be in unused, original condition with tags and packaging intact.
• Defective, damaged, or misdescribed items qualify for immediate free returns.

2. How Refunds are Processed

Once your returned item is received and inspected by the seller, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, Apple Pay) within 3-5 business days.

3. Requesting a Return or Dispute Resolution
